Staying here was incredible! Huge, comfy rooms with breathtaking views and a lot of marmots around. The restaurant had decent food at fair prices, though it could be a bit pricey for some dishes. Totally coming back next year!

The facilities could definitely use some modernization!!! The stairs to the upper floors felt plain and ran down, giving a youth hostel vibe. The cafeteria-style dining area lacks ambiance and overall charm!!!

What a wonderful experience! The atmosphere has a mountain climber-chalet vibe while the food totally saved the day. The cuisine is a delightful surprise, especially after enjoying the cozy, clean rooms that are better than anticipated. Plus, the views of the local marmots in the morning? Just magical!

But not all was rosy—some areas felt too much like a youth hostel, and I encountered some unkempt bedsheets and funky toilet smells. Not exactly a five-star experience, but the overall ambiance still shines through.

after arriving, I was shocked to find dirty bedsheets and a sewage smell in my room. oh, and the staff? nonchalant at best. I had hoped for a delightful stay, maybe a complimentary upgrade, but it was as if I was just another regular. I was almost ready to give a glowing review, but I just couldn’t. sad times.

Epic views and mountain vibes in Heiligenblut 🏔️

We saw loads of marmots right outside. the vibe was just so lekker! The room was nice and warm, comfy beds for a good night's sleep. The food in the restaurant was a pleasant surprise, honestly!

Bathroom could do with a bit of a refresh, felt a bit old school.
